The hotel is located inside Thamel, offering clean and comfortable rooms with a nice bathroom and a private balcony for city views. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The area is perfect for exploring with plenty of restaurant choices and a mini market nearby. Great value for everything provided.

I stayed at Hotel Access for 6 nights in Kathmandu, and it was a great place to stay. The rooms, especially the ones with wonderful balconies and new amenities and appliances, were a highlight despite being a little smaller than others with side balconies. The service was excellent, providing clean rooms with essential amenities. The location in the heart of Thamel added to the overall experience, making it convenient for exploration and shopping. The dining options, including local specialties, were delightful. However, the hotel lacked spacious dining facilities and some smaller rooms were not as desirable.
